The discourse on transition from democracy to EpistoCracy. According to Karl Cohen democracy may either be taken as a value in society other than taking it as a form. Building argument on this prospect we,ll blende democracy into EpistoCracy preserving the value of democracy but changing the form or procedure. Refuting liberal democracy which is absurdity, Religious democracy may also be considered as a Value Base political system.
