NBA star Anthony Edwards is currently facing a paternity lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Alexandria Descroches (Ally D), who filed the suit in New York on March 13, 2025. Ally claims they have a son born in 2023, and soon after her filing, Anthony responded by filing his own paternity and support case in Georgia on March 21, asserting that their child was conceived and born in Georgia.
Ally counters that they moved to New York with their son in February 2024 and argues that Anthony's lawsuit should be dismissed, as it does not meet the criteria for Georgia to be considered the child's home state. She claims their interactions occurred primarily in Minnesota during the conception period.
Ally has expressed her intent for the case to remain in New York and included her complaint against Anthony in her motion. She revealed that since informing Anthony about her pregnancy, he has not seen their one-year-old son, despite her willingness to facilitate visits. Ally is planning to work and attend school, indicating she does not intend to depend on Anthony for financial support.
Additionally, Anthony is involved in another child support dispute with his former partner, Ayesha Howard, over their daughter born in October 2024.
