This challenging and stimulating session provided participants with an excellent opportunity to consider some of the larger patterns shaping volunteerism and how organizations might adapt to maximize emerging potential in new generations of volunteers. Participants received take away tools to assess the "profitability" of volunteer positions within their organizations.
