Episode 4, hosts Alex and Nicoleta, welcome, Paul Longe. Paul is currently a contractor for the Ministry of Defence. As well as his time at school and University, Paul tells us about his year in industry with Eaton, where he worked as a Quality engineer. This is where he picked up the Quality mindset - "Make no defect, accept no defect, Pass on no defect".
