The early bird gets the worm, but there are other benefits to starting your day nice and early. 

Today I tell the story of how an early-morning chat with some of my team resulted in some important decisions being made that otherwise may have been missed. I also discuss managing your team, and identifying the different methods and personalities of the people who make it up.
