BPD & Me: Paranoia or loss of contact with reality

I am an individual living with mental illness who felt hopeless for so long in pursuing the idea of perfect mental health. Once I started accepted that mental health gets, "Better, not perfect" I was able to start down a journey of healing. I hope to spread this message with the intent of sharing with people my story of having diagnoses that I felt defined me and how I have been able to heal.
