The gang talks Christmas, helicopter parents, and Jason has a snack, Daniel gets pissed.

Just a couple of knuckle heads talking about being husbands, dads, manhood and the pursuit of self-improvement through a community of like minded folks. This show focuses on the challenges we go though in life both highs and lows. Its about becoming more self aware and improving, mentally, physically and emotionally. We keep it real, light-hearted and fun without taking ourselves to seriously. We love to interact with our listeners and have them help guide the direction of our shows.
