Mariana Herselmann, an accountant by trade and a serial entrepreneur who established her own accounting practice some 32 years ago. 
Through her accounting practice she was exposed to various businesses and this exposed her to new entrepreneurial opportunities. 
Through one of her clients, a veterinary clinic, she entered the pet food industry and grew her brand into a franchise. She sold this venture 6 years ago.   

Today Mariana has entered into a completely new market, the beauty and wellness industry. She chats to us about starting and growing her businesses, how she creates an empowered work culture.
