Stacey and Pat are joined in the studio by Sean and Alejandra Finn, the owners of Finn’s Steak and Eggs, an organic farm based in Buchanan, Michigan. The Finns talk about their transition from living on the South Side of Chicago and working in the floral industry to finding a home in rural Michigan and starting a farm from scratch. Without any previous farming experience, the Finns have created a thriving business and have learned from Internet research and other farmers at the town’s feed mill.
