What do Amber Heard and I have in common? We both have one of the most stigmatized mental health disorders that exist: Borderline Personality Disorder. Unfortunately, having that in common with someone who is hated among the general public isn't exactly doing me, or any other Borderline, a favor. In this episode, I will be tackling stigma by addressing hate comments and using this time to educate others about the reality of this disorder.
