Nothing like tuning into a podcast for Nebraska football and listening to 2 and a half minutes worth of ads and then 15 minutes of side chatter meaningless to the topic of the podcast. I struggle to listen to these guys

My favorite Husker podcast. Sometimes you spend too much time talking about things that have nothing to do with Husker football but I like listening to that too.

Enjoyed the “rabbit hole” conversation over college football traditions. I was the color TV analyst for that Grand Island vs West Side game Doc Z. referenced. That was a goofy time for sure, but I said on the air then and still stand by it, GI handled it better than most schools from Omaha. Main point being, at least football was still being played. Keep up the great work fellas!

I look forward to your podcasts each week. You provide some really good insights on Nebraska football, including excellent analysis of games. I must admit I really enjoy the talk on beer and other non-football topics. Thanks guys.

So what we need to do is find a way to get coach Solich to visit memorial stadium, while he’s there, have Mickey Joseph call in a favor from one of them voodoo queens from the bayou, have her sacrifice a couple chickens and blow some smoke on the stadium and wallah, we’re back!

I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2019 and the content has gotten better every year! This year alone they’ve almost quadrupled the number of episodes. The insight from Dr. Rob mixed with the Iowa State fandom from Travis makes this podcast is gold! Love not only the offensive line play perspective, but the honesty of where Nebraska football is at. These guys don’t come off as fake or trying to get as many sponsorships as possible. They’re some of the realist guys in the Nebraska Sports media circle I’ve heard in a while. Sorry Dave Iowa. I was a big fan of “Sound Off” back in the day and always thought it would be a blast to have some beers with Travis and Dr Rob. This is as close as I’m gonna get and it is definitely enjoyable. Love this podcast and GBR!

Really enjoy the podcast and honestly could care less about the swearing. At times it’s like they swear just to swear and end up sounding like teenagers that think they’re being funny or cool. Ultimately it doesn’t change the quality of the rest of the content.

Long time listener, first time reviewer. I absolutely love the podcast and am so glad that you are doing more episodes! But I have to say your guy’s taste in ice cream is sad. There was no mention of homemade ice cream which is the absolute standard and Rolled Ice cream is head and shoulders above Dairy Queen! Otherwise keep up the good work!

Great podcast! Down to earth folks that don’t sugarcoat things even when I disagree with a point like how they explain their side.

There is no other Husker football show I listen to. Yes, Doc is a homer but he tells it like it is. Travis is a great host provides excellent content. I don’t give two hoots about them drinking beer during the podcast. In fact, I like the laid back, “in your face”, approach. The only improvement I can suggest is to have a retired, overweight, sofa coach (like me) on the show. But, that’s just me. If they provided NFL content, I’d listen to that as well. Please, don’t ever go away.

Good podcast. I think adding some of Rob‘s former teammates and hearing some of those stories would make it more entertaining

Love these guys. Very honest even if you’re not a Nebraska Cornhusker And I love how they talk about the beers that they drink. Got me to try a few new ones.

Love the honest take of the Husker’s. The rabbit holes and beer talk are amazing.

Justice is a fraud. I wonder if all of the people listening to this podcast also listen to him doing the official iowa hawks post game call in show. If he's not a Nebraska fan (he claims he's an iowa fan....sorry, can't be both)...then why would husker fans want to listen to his garbage.

You’d get 5 stars if you didn’t trash Jayskers

Although Dr.Rob has become a bit of a B1G Officiating apologist, 😂 (Worst officiated Power 5 Conference and it’s not even close), this is my absolute go to Monday morning commute listen. It’s equal parts humor, irreverence and analysis from a guy who knows what he’s talking about when it come to Husker football. If your time is valuable, don’t waste it listening to know nothing schmoes who decided to start a podcast one day.

Great to listen to you guys talk about football while many times you are drinking a beer in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I like to think I know quite a bit about football but I usually end up learning more after your show.

Love the show, the analysis, the busker history, and even the beer talk. Keep up the good work!

I haven't listened to Travis and Dr Rob since they were on tv many years ago on Sunday nights. Just found this podcast a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. They teach me a lot of things about Husker football that I don't know. Every time I listen to this podcast I come away both entertained and more knowledgeable about Husker fb. It is a real smart podcast that is insightul and has a definite interesting point of view.

This is the most definitive Podcast on NU football around. The Dr speaks with first-hand knowledge of being a championship player in a championship program. Travis is great too even though he’s an Ioweegon fan. Darrin in Memphis TN not NE

I enjoy the podcast. The beer talk is lame though.

Dr. Rob and Travis provide an entertaining and informative weekly breakdown of the Huskers. Ranging from recent performances, upcoming games, and mixed with historical comparisons, they are able to bring a smile and laugh to the analytics of Husker football. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to them, and often look forward to hearing the two and their tangential beer talk more than watching the game itself!

Dr. Rob provides a voice of sanity during insane times (if you’re a Husker fan, that is). Now, I’ll be honest: I can’t stand smug Travis Justice and his constant passive aggressive shots at Nebraska; not sure why we have to have an Iowa homer breaking down Husker football. Even his voice makes it a grating listen at times. Still, if you can ignore Travis, Rob makes the podcast worthwhile with his insights and measured analysis of a floundering program that has lost its way.

You know Rob…why is Columbus so…

Dr Rob and Travis are fantastic. You will not be able to get any better information about the Huskers than here. Dr Rob tells it like it is. Finally we can get honesty about what is going on inside the program from media. Dr Rob has been there in the trenches he knows more than any journalist what is really happening with in the program.

Yes it down to listen to a husker football podcast and they spend half of the episode talking about vaccines. If I want to listen to a podcast about vaccines or politics I’ll listen to a different podcast. Talk about football that’s why we came to this podcast.

I just recently got turned onto this podcast and it is absolutely fantastic. Kevin and Rob (former Husker) keep it fresh, keep it real and best of all the talk beer and drink plenty of it during each episode!
