We go to prayer to be with God; not to find Him. - Matthew - Exodus 24: 12 - We don't have to strive to be with Him.- The struggle is to get our flesh out of our comfort and be there with the Lord.4. We pray in the Spirit. - 1 Samuel - Ephesians - Jude - 1 Corinthians - This is God giving us permission to turn prayer into a spiritual gym.- You start praying until your emotions shut up and then your spirit take over. - Speaking in tongues will take you through the turbulence of your emotions.5. We pray the Scriptures.- When you don’t feel God.- When in the dark, the enemy tries to hinder what God revealed in to you in the light.- It forms your understanding.6. Always run into secret place when you fall into secret sin - Go to God first when you commit sin.- Isaiah 16 :1 - God wants to know where are we, we wants us to talk to Him, to be with Him, and to ration with Him.
