Entrepreneurship requires a lot of emotional intelligence. Not only in being able to empathize and connect with your customers, but to push through the many internal emotions that come up in taking such large physical and emotional risks in putting yourself out there.

One emotion is the fear of failure, which needs to be embraced as a possibility if we were to move forward. Rather than debilitating ourselves in that fear, how we can stand up to it, be aware of it when it’s happening, and learn to respond to it productively instead?
