Allan Fife is a highly respected luminary in the Australian property industry. He has advised on property transactions for some of the biggest names in Australia over several decades. He is respected by peers and has been a mentor to many successful younger property professionals who now themselves command senior positions in their respective organisations. Allan Fife is Chief Investment Officer at Fife Capital and has been with the company since founding the organisation in 2006.

Allan Fife has received the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to aged welfare, business, and to the property sector.

Allan has also received the Peter Barrington Gold Medal Award twice for research and excellence in the study of land economy and property finance. 

Allan is the Adjunct Professor of Property, School of Economics and Finance, College of Business, Western Sydney University, since 2007.

Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts, a master’s degree in Commerce (Hons) and is a Doctor of Philosophy.
