Authors Glenn Hubbard and Tony O'Brien discuss the long-term impacts of recent fiscal policy decisions as well as the proposed infrastructure investment by the Biden administration. The most recent round of fiscal stimulus means that we're spending almost 4.5 Trillion which is a high percentage of what we recently spent in an entire fiscal year.
