Monte Solberg, former MP and cabinet minister under Stephen Harper, makes the conservative case for why Alberta should stay in Canada. Harkening back to his days in the Reform Party, he argues that “reform never ends”—and that real governance is less about defeating your opponents and more about doing what’s best for the people. Solberg speaks from the heart about why Canada is more than an economic arrangement—and why citizenship is also about what you are willing to contribute to the country you belong to.
