This platform is created to be a safe space to share, learn, heal and document through seasons. 

Transitioning seasons can be challenging, surprising, shocking even. But maybe it can be exciting or less challenging, if we are better prepared or know that we are not alone. 

This is to self-awareness, healing and growth.
