More often than not, people are promoted to roles in management with very little training and few expectations set.  That of course is a recipe for disaster (although it keeps us busy at Boss Builders!) but one you can prevent.  Our guest today is one of the most knowledgable people I know.  Keppel Bharath is a retired Senior Fellow from Pratt & Whitney Canada.  I had the pleasure of meeting Keppel many years ago and was amazed at his knowledge.  He was on my original podcast a couple of years ago and I want you to hear this powerful interview.  Lots of tips so be sure to take good notes!
