In this episode I talk about the reasons we do this podcast and run our social media pages. 3 years ago I lost one of my oldest friends, Steve, to suicide. Suicide is the number one killer of men aged under 45 in Australia and here at HYGM we want to stop that from happening. I also talk about the effects of Steve's suicide and remember the impact he had on my life.
