Repeating the BRR model time and time again he has built a cash flowing portfolio that allowed him to scale down out of his engineering job and into property full time last year. 

His property journey has also taken him down the management route as he now owns a successful lettings agency and has recently dipped his toes in the world of serviced accommodation.
