Great Great Great
I have listened to a handful of your episodes and I have found them so helpful with my body dysmorphia. It has also helped me to stop binge drinking (numbing my uncomfortable feelings). Since listening to you all I have felt less like a crazy person and now know that it is society who has pushed us Woman into unhealthy eating habits but know I am the only one who can change for myself! Thank you for guidance through my healing process.

Really helpful podcast!
I really appreciate hearing from two people who have been through the intuitive eating process and are passionate about rejecting the diet culture. I learn a lot of helpful nuggets of knowledge and ah ha moments for my intuitive eating journey. Thank you for creating this podcast!!

Love the pod! episode suggestion
I love this podcast and it has truly helped me in my intuitive eating journey. I was recently diagnosed with adhd. and i learned that food is my favorite source of dopamine. I have gotten better but I still struggle with being obsessed with the “feeling” of food. I can be physically full but my brain craves that good feeling food gives me. It’s not that i’m trying to fill a sad void, I just genuinely love eating. food is comfort to me and nothing makes me happier. I love cooking, trying new foods, making food for others, going to new restaurants. I just want to know way to cope with this kind of eating when you have adhd and your brain is craving this kind of dopamine to calm itself. Maybe it’s not a bad thing i don’t know.

Great information and inspiration
Thanks for bringing a non diet approach to the podcast world and I am so excited about your new app. As a nurse and counselor I am excited to see how this unfolds and could help my clients as well. Wish I had this when I needed it back in my severe ED days!

So freeing!
I am a psychotherapist and this podcast is just what myself and my clients need to break free from the shame and toxic weight obsession that steals our energy and self esteem. Thank you for being the change!!!

So glad this podcast exists
I am working in the field of helping women and girls dismantle and leave in the dust diet culture and a friend/colleague told me about your podcast. I also have healed from my own issues surrounding body/food/weight so this helps on a professional and personal level. Wonderful material, real stories, could not recommend it more to anyone who is in our culture peppered with the daily messages that are toxic and insidious. Bravo!

Struggled my entire life
My body is a vehicle. Loving your podcast. Just discovered it. Can’t wait to keep listening. As a Hispanic women I have been conditioned my whole life that I’m supposed to look a certain way and I’ve never been happy with my body. I’m 48 and ready to feel different from within 😍. I’m tired of caring about the number on the scale.

Love this podcast!
This is by far my most favorite intuitive eating/UnDiet podcast. What i love is that Jenna and Lauren bring actual coaching to your “how in the world do i do this?!?!” questions. Their app is awesome too! I have learned so much and really appreciate what they have offered as resources to help fight diet culture and stay off the disordered eating path.

I love the insight and attitude. Body Image is part of my issue and this feels good to listen to as a reminder to myself that my thoughts about my body maybe true , but they are not my worth . I do disagree on food addiction; I use food as a way to escape ,to numb and ease any discomfort. I do believe sugar is a drug and when I eat it , I binge so much that I’m hungover and I crash really hard. I gain weight as a way to keep distance. I lie to myself about food. I have found that many people in nutritional field do not believe in the addiction. I’d love to talk about that. Thanks for doing this . Lorena

Fun, Sassy and informative
Thanks Ladies for this Podcast. If you are looking for a deep dive into the undiet world with real life examples and advise on how to leave diet culture behind- this is it! Intuitive eating is only part of what they teach here. They also teach about loving your body at all sizes and looking for joy and freedom around food and letting go of weight stigma and so much more.

SO HELPFUL
Jenna and Lauren are amazing. They are helping me to see myself as a beautiful person, no matter what size my body is, AND they are helping me change my mindset that I have to do everything perfectly. Being an intuitive eater and undieter is one of the hardest transitions I’ve ever had to make. It doesn’t come easy and it takes constant self reflection and resetting my negative/diet-seeking brain! But these ladies, and the community they’ve developed are making this journey so much easier.

Too much negativity
While I’m an intuitive eating/anti-diet culture fan all the way, I find the negativity in this show really hard to listen to. The snarky voice they adopt when mocking people who disagree with them is upsetting— it seems like there should be a better understanding that we’re all victims of diet culture, all in different places on our journey toward dismantling it in whatever way works for us, and outright derision of those who are still finding their way out is unacceptable.

First time listener, long time food obsesser!
I just listened to their very first episode after an episode from The Thick Thighs Save Lives podcast. Wow, knowledge bombs going off EVERYWHERE!!! 💥 I can’t wait to go down this journey! food obsession has been my world since I can remember, and I just turned 44. Noom episode
I won’t be giving this podcast any more of my time after hearing their complete trashing of Noom without doing much research at all. These ladies might have actual good information to share, but the first impression I got was one of poor research, opinion, and complete misunderstanding of the actual product they were reviewing. I am one week in to a free trial with Noom, and while it’s not perfect, it’s steering me towards healthier choices and quite freeing that no foods are off limits. Maybe do your research better next time, and try not to sound like mean girls, and you might win over more listeners.

Liberating and Life-changing
I am so, so grateful to have found this podcast. Thank you, Lauren and Jenna, for putting this truth out there and making it accessible to all.

Incredible
These gals saved my life about 2 years ago. I’m not kidding. Through dieting (of course I didn’t ever think it was a diet ;) ... “it’s a lifestyle”) I most likely would have ended up with a life threatening eating disorder. Highly recommend to ANYONE.
Jelibaggins
Noom
They have a free trial that you should try before evaluating it. How are you allowed to knock it, if you’re not fully researching it? It’s clear you guys are selling a product. I think if I was going to really believe your claims, doing all the research I would have been helpful and I’d have been open to your report.

A must listen podcast!
This podcast provides SUCH important information to fight the diet industry and pursue wellness and healing. I feel like these ladies are my friends and somehow got in my head 🤷‍♀️ I’m pretty far along in my healing journey and still find the content appropriate and informative. Thanks for all the great work!!

The podcast that truly speaks to me
My therapist had been talking to me about the idea of breaking food rules and becoming more comfortable in my body, and it wasn’t until I listened to this podcast that it finally clicked. I mean, I half-heartedly attempted intuitive eating before, but now I am all-in. It just all makes sense. I am new to my journey, but I can honestly say that I’m already feeling more free and happy while allowing previously banned foods into my house. And the ladies are right- I didn’t immediately just eat all the “bad foods” all at once. Since they are “allowed” now, I don’t have to go through the cheat/binge cycle. I just eat what food I want and force my brain out of the guilt. I still have a ways to go on the body image part, but I’m sure with their help, and my therapist’s, I will get there! Please listen to this podcast if you have a million diet culture food rules that you want to break and if you always fail at diets and gain weight back! Most likely, any diet you’ve ever been on, you’ve failed at. They aren’t meant to be long term! Our bodies aren’t meant to be restricted from foods. If you’re just starting or you’ve been at it for awhile, I recommend this podcast!

Disappointed in the Noom Review
I really wanted to hear a serious discussion about this Noom application - but right out of the gate these hosts admitted the only reasearch they did on the app was to read through the indformation on the Noom website - and admitted right away they did not even try the app to understand it. And it almost seemed like they were childishly picking it apart based on a few elements from their extremely limited exposure to it. They may be right about the app & program. But it’s hard to take their views seriously when they haven’t really done their homework. I’d love to hear a more serious discussion after they have done so. But, I’m not holding my breath. Sorry ...

INTO ITTTT!
Ok I love this podcast. I love this messaging. I love the tackling and unsheathing of “modern,” covert diets. LOVE IT. My only critique is that the sound could be better. Oftentimes it sounds like Jena is speaking in hushed tones. It’s not a whisper but idk maybe too close to the speaker and attempting not to talk at a normal speaking level? Anyways that is my only critique and I only say it because it super grates on my nerves! I just want to be like “why are you talking in a softer voice!??” I only mention it for realz because sometimes it makes me want to turn off the podcast, and if anyone else feels that way I’d hate for them to miss out on the content!! Ok rant over. THANK YOU for your work and support in going against the grain : )

Game-changing Podcast
This is an amazing podcast! So much of what is said resonates with me. Slowly changing my mindset and my thinking in the ways suggested has been so helpful for me in making me feel more at peace with what is and learning to honor myself and my feelings. Not only is this an approach to eating but an approach to living life intuitively. I have only been looking into intuitive eating for a little while and wouldn’t say that I’m vetted quite yet, but I really love the themes of going with the flow, being aware of yourself, and treating yourself well. I never knew how many degrading societal beliefs came together to set me up for failure until I my eyes were opened by the Body Love Society Podcast. I really appreciate this way of thinking because it is consistent. I am a believer that we should put our hope and faith in the things that bring consistency to our lives (especially in 2020). Undieting and living intuitively makes me feel good and I recommend for anyone interested to listen to an episode. Thanks, Natalie

Incredibly Healing and Empowering
This is by far the most incredible podcast I have listened to. Lauren and Jenna provide such remarkable insight in a wise, caring, and thoughtful manner. I HIGHLY recommend everyone listen to this podcast. Guys listen too!
I’m a male in my early 30s and have struggled with disordered eating on and off for about half of my life. I have tried everything related to diet culture ... always to the extreme, sometimes unsafe methods. I came here tired of my fight for constant “perfection”.. whatever that means. This podcast is life changing. Although primarily geared toward women (using female pronouns), I feel like these two are reading my mind & describe thoughts I have had all along. Body positivity sometimes forgets that, as a man, verbally expressing that they have anxiety about their appearance is considered “weak” or “feminine”... & it can be hard/frustrating to find a way out... or an outlet to turn to. I came here from Instagram, and happy I discovered this podcast full of what I NEEDED to hear. Un-dieting and body love is the way to go and I can already see improvements in my life from listening to this podcast. I’d give this podcast 10 stars if I could on relatability!

Wait, are they in my head???
I LOVE these ladies! I’ll admit, last year I listened to the podcast but then got scared and got back on the “diet” train. Well, I gained weight on that train!! I was miserable, beating myself up, working out was a chore, skipping social functions and the list goes on! I found them again and I am never leaving! The thoughts and the things they talk about are me 100%! I am now loving my workouts, I have ice cream during the week, I tossed my scale!! I’m in the best place ever after dieting for more than half my life!! I hope you will love this as much as I do!!

Could be much better
It could be helpful if the chatting during episodes was much more directed and focused. There was so much circle talk without getting to the point. Also, the introduction is always a montage of unhealthy thinking; which I found really unhelpful and damaging to hear over and over again.

Best Intuitive Eating Podcast
I’ve listened to nearly every episode in the past few weeks. This is, by far, my favorite intuitive eating podcast. These girls are so down to earth and inspiring. They come across as very warm and genuine, and they don’t get overly caught up in body positivity politics or meandering interviews. There’s so much practical advice. They have satisfactorily addressed every question I could think of about intuitive eating and every imaginable issue one could encounter on this journey. This is the podcast for anyone who is looking for really targeted and practical advice on how to make intuitive eating work. Lauren and Jenna also make the most relatable and convincing arguments in favor of this lifestyle that will keep listeners motivated to see it through. Excellent, excellent work!

The Bodylove Society
I’ve been listening to Jenna and Lauren for a little over a month and listened to all the previous podcasts, they work so well together and are so encouraging and genuine. I’ve sent a few questions and they are very quick to respond. They are generous with their resources and often supply worksheets to use to delve deeper into the topics of the podcasts which are very helpful Thank you! 😊

Wonderful!!
Lauren and Jenna are very encouraging and make a great team together with both of their personalities and informative insights. Very worth listening to and their easy going natures help to keep things light and relaxed because pulling the rug out from dieting can feel scary. Neutral morality in your mind towards all foods was the greatest help for me!

Relatable and Encouraging
Love this podcast! The most conversational/relatable coverage of intuituve eating I've heard thus far. Full of great tips that are actually easy to apply to your life. I'm not all the way there yet (fingers crossed that I'll be able to take their online course) but I'm much better off than before I started listening.

This podcast has CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!
I know this might sound dramatic 🙃 but this podcast has changed my life...it’s given me my life back!!! I found Lauren and Jennas podcast after 13+ years of counting calories/macros, body building. After going through some traumatic life events (death), I realized I didn’t want a scale, numbers and calories to be my life....that there’s so much more to life!!!😭. Out of all the podcasts and instagram accounts THIS one stands out above all the rest! So many other accounts had triggering things with eating and body image, but THIS one was just pure unconditional love, empowerment, freedom, and real life TOOLS to help you live a beautiful life free from what society has trained us to think is normal! They are so raw and real and you can tell they are just themselves.... not trying to be anyone else. I cannot say enough about this Podcast! Let this change your life too!!!!
