HMDWL 80! Happy New Year! We revisit the Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters, and we love the Immaculata, trying new places, Amaretto, the joy of the Narnia pantry, and taco night.

Immaculata

1. Light Rum – 1 1/2 Oz.
2. Amaretto – 1/2 Oz.
3. Lime Juice – 1/2 Oz.
4. Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp.
5. Superfine Sugar – 1/2 Tsp.

Special Instructions:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
