This week's Pause for Reflection is real and it is incredibly raw: I ask my guests to be vulnerable in the sharing of how they make it through challenges, and so this week, I am doing the same.
Things have been rough behind the scenes in my own life as I weather "the long goodbye" (as dementia has been called). I share a bit about the week that was for me as a part time caregiver for my mom - sharing the ups and downs of the journey and how I am attempting to learn to love in the face of pain. Thank you for listening.
