This week we welcome Beverly Keel, Dean of the College of Media & Entertainment at Middle Tennessee State University. After an award-winning career as a journalist, Keel took on teaching at the university in 1995 and is still going strong. Keel is one of the founders of Change the Conversation, an organization created to help fight for equality for women in the country music industry; and is a founding member of the Nashville Music Equality, which is committed to minimizing the equality gap that exists within the music industry in Nashville.
