2 - What Is Rest?

Are you struggling to rest, but keep trying because it's one of the only things that meant to help manage ME/CFS, long covid, lens disease and other illnesses that have extreme exertion exhaustion (also called post exertional malaise)? Me too, and I hope that this podcast will help. It will cover a lot of things that I've tried, most of which have worked for a little, and also explore things to help rest and relax, and hopefully manage the symptoms of this terrible illness.
