If your constitution promises the right to a clean and healthful environment but still contributes to climate change, do you sue? Moreover, what happens when a constitutional climate case goes to trial? Youth - also known as Held - vs Montana is an example of both. Could this be the start of a cascade of sweeping climate legislation?
