The State of Arizona ,let's be clear, they allow hotel chains like CHOICE HOTELS , to run rampant. They can make up rules as they go along, they can say you haven't paid your bill when you have, and the Police ,.....follow suit , and can now do their bidding. Oh wise and benevolent hotel chains seek Mercy on us poor public ,transient
