In Minneapolis on 38th and Chicago where Floyd died at the hands of MPD and Fentanyl, the streets are still barricaded and made useless, the area now is called the Free State Of George Floyd. Is this an autonomous zone? I would say yes in the sense cops are not allowed in and that alone is made clear.
