Alicia is a Sports Law Professor for Pepperdine University, a writer for The Athletic and Washington Post, and founder of her own sports consulting company "Ruiling Sports". The rest of her positions include a seat on the Board of Directors for a half-dozen charities including the Sport and Recreation Law Association and NFL Star Melvin Gordon's “Beyond the Flash Foundation”.
