Our goal in life should be to expand our influence. Therefore, we need to be about bridge-building not bridge-burning. Communication is key. We communicate with word, deed and gesture. If we want to win friends and influence people it's vital that we never stop improving our communication skills. It's not just what we say, it's how we say it. We can still speak truth, but do so with grace.
