She has a diverse background: college athlete, law enforcement, business owner, and non-profit. All of this is part of her journey, being willing to pivot and learning to chase the call of God and just go for it. She now helps women through life and business coaching, helping them figure out what they are passionate about so the can run after it.

A true example of using your strengths and passions to fight something you hate, Benji Nolot dishes on what it’s like to walk out the journey of following the ”Why Nots” in our lives.

Today, Rebecca welcomes Caitlin Zick as her guest. Caitlin shares with us the vulnerability of seeking professional help and allowing it to transform her life, and it's not over yet. This is a lifelong process and it takes intentionality and work. There is no shame in seeking professional help to discover your truest self.
