Alex Nauert, a 15-year service member of the United States Marine Reserves and a Purple Heart recipient, graduated from UofL in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Presently, Nauert serves as a military police officer with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves, the director of programs for The Woody Williams Foundation and owns a small business called the Tap Tavern Truck.
