Wow-what a conversation! Allison Hall is a clinical counselor at URI and has extensive knowledge and experience with eating disorders. National Eating Disorder Awareness (NEDA) Week is happening this week at URI, which coincides with Inside Out Week. Allison tells us about some great activities and events that will be going on virtually this year. We talk about how eating disorders affect college students, and how you can truly find health at any size (it's not all about the number on the scale!). She reminds us all that we are not alone, and to always reach out for help when you need it.
