Creating a Winning Morning Routine
There is a great importance in starting your morning right. Starting your work day with the right mindset and motivation will give you the mental energy to be more productive. A productive day doesn't start in the morning, it starts the night before. While you are time-blocking, the most important part is to set a consistent bedtime. When preparing the night before, I prioritize tasks that are intentional to maximizing the day ahead. This includes: tidying up, laying out clothes, packing lunches, breakfast planning, and writing out my daily goals. As you wake up, keep your phone off. When you do this, you are being intentional on the energy you’re giving to the day. The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod  is an amazing book on structuring your morning using 6 steps that are proven to help you achieve success. You don't have to have a perfect morning routine 100% of the time. Give yourself grace and try to focus on creating a routine that is sustainable and customized to your life and routine.
