Welcome back to Hitting the Streets Podcast, where we shine a spotlight on the people, businesses, nonprofits, artists, and organizations making a difference right here in Texoma.

Today, I have Shannon Steele, owner of Hello Honey Pet Care, on the mic!

Now, if you know Shannon, you probably know her for taking care of your fur babies—but there’s another creative side to Shannon that you may not know about.

Shannon has been a floral designer for around 35 years, and since we’re celebrating Artists in August, I wanted to sit down with her and talk about floral design as an art form. We get into how she got started, the creativity and skill behind floral design, and how her artistic journey has evolved over the years.

And, of course, I had to ask the question… how in the world did she go from flowers to fur babies? 😂

So, hit play and join us as we talk flowers, creativity, four-legged friends, and the story behind another talented member of our Texoma community!
