#68 Subgenre: Dirty South Rap

Host Darwan chats about hip hop sub-genres, artists, albums, songs, and other related topics with a rotating lineup of guests. Some guests are big fans of the topic discussed while others are reacting to music they are unfamiliar with.
The podcast explores the history of the topic being discussed, provides an in-depth conversation about how the host and guest feel about it, and often finishes with discussing favorite albums and songs from a particular artist or sub-genre.
The goal is to challenge popular narratives, provide insight, and share hidden gems that a listener may want to add to their playlists.
