On the other hand, when our only perception is believing our body does not contain an innate wisdom, we risk adopting the paradigm of a victim and acceptance of mediocrity. Less than thriving health not only becomes acceptable but one's only perception of life. This permeates all other areas of life. It threatens our purpose, passions, and creativity, dilutes our craft, our relationships can suffer, and our zest for life is put at risk. A life as such is what I believe is living a life below your true health potential.
