Today we discuss what is control and how to learn to let it go. We have been taught from an early age to win, achieve, and essentially to try to control all aspects of our lives. We we are focusing our energy on controlling everything, we often are in control of nothing. Life only happens RIGHT NOW and the more we cling to control, the more we miss our natural flow state.
