After a 2 yea hiatus high sea is back and better than ever. High Sea is a transformative vlogcast that I use to do self introspection and inner healing. I am in no way perfect nor will I portray myself as such. But I grow everyday, we all do. I go over affirmations to inspire others to look within as well and ignite change.
