Candace Hiltz was a 17 year old single mother and child prodigy that was gruesomely murdered. Days before her murder she had a war of words with a police officer where she threatened to turn him in for taking bribes from known drug dealers. That same police officer headed the subsequent investigation of her murder. Surprisingly, no arrests were made in connection to Candace Hiltz's murder.
