The ancient Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians, and Babylonians all believed in a group of deities known as the Anunnaki. The Anunnaki predate all other ancient religions and their influences can be found in all other modern religions. As we can see in the first part of this series we explore the Anunnaki origin story of Earth and humankind.
