Our mission statement is to equip the next generation of strength athletes with the knowledge to craft a successful and sustainable plan for excellence, and to impart wisdom that inspires resilience, leadership and accountability.

While we are all powerlifters by trade, the High Bar podcast has no boundaries. From the unfiltered and outspoken Sean to the laid back and level-headed Jaron and Michael, our team strikes a perfect balance of personalities, and with a rotating set of hosts, every episode offers a new dynamic.

Each of us has a unique journey that has led us to the same passion, and we believe sharing those stories and perspectives with you will create a familiar listening environment, enrich your learning experience and provide entertainment along the way.
