We might think of the poetry of the Psalms as a dance between creation and redemption. In this Psalm, iniquities prevail yet God atones for our salvation. All creation rejoices with their creator in thanksgiving. This Psalm reminds us to go outside and join creation in giving thanks to the God who has bound himself to our humanity.
