This episode is a little bit different, where I talk mainly about how important self-awareness is to me. I hope you guys can take value from this & just know that I still have a TON to learn but I just want to document & share that this is where I am at during this part of the process & also what I have learned. I document it so maybe someone who knows little about self awareness could take 1 thing I learned & run with it & make it work for them in their own way.
