She recently published a new book called: "Take Back Your Light: A Lightworker's Guide to Balance, Clearing, and Protection", and in this episode shares a very personal story that helped inspire her to write it.

She's also been in marketing for over 30 years, and is excited to become a first time grandmother in March!
