The title says it all! Delivering a Good word to whomever would listen is my Gift. Through the different titles of this podcast/journal it has been my words. But, a conversation inspired the change and it felt right.

The mission is to empower, educate and create a new narrative. My focus is physical, mental, spiritual and holistic health. The journey was paved with books, education and physical fitness. I do not talk that much, but when I do it will be an impact.
