Great information wide range of topics
I find it interesting that people are saying they're unfollowing the podcast because it's gotten "political." To me that speaks more to the trend of politicizing many things that don't need to be. There are issues that absolutely do uniquely impact women financially and we need spaces to talk about it. Our society is so sensitive and polarized these days that we would rather not hear overall valuable information on the slight chance we might hear something that isn't perfectly aligned with our belief system? It's mind boggling. I do agree with others I'm not enjoying mail bag as much anymore. I also wish there was more content for the single ladies, single parents, those using the gig economy to offset costs etc. Just more that isn't focused on middle class (and up) business women working in corporate America. But all in all this is a very valuable resource and is in my must listen weekly rotation.

Why were attracted to money opposites
I just listened to this episode and thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the “money personality” information so interesting particularly as to how it effects partnerships. The questions posed by Jean were spot on (she read my mind!) and the interaction between Jean and her guest was so natural! I felt if I was having coffee with them (actually I was lol). I also enjoyed Scott’s explanation of how he and his wife “money launder” and not to focus on details of the spending. I’m recently married for a 2nd time and this episode will positively impact my relationship. Thanks Her Money!

Her Money review
Excellent variety of topics and always informative. I learn something new every episode

Quality compromised by ads
I used to be a loyal listener to this podcast, but lately this podcast has started included a lot more ads, including using responses to "mail bag" questions to promote Chatzky's paid "Fixx" class offerings. The final straw for me was a recent "bonus" episode promoting a fear-mongering book about Social Security "clawbacks." The advertising content has compromised the integrity of this show. I have unsubscribed.

No financial education
Just a journalist. Suzie and Jill are the experts in this area. Jean is not qualified to talk money.

Mail bag has become grating
I miss Kathryn Tuggle as part of mail bag. Jules’ voice is annoying along with her Nepo baby attitude. I used to enjoy the full podcast. Now I fast forward through mail bag.

Used to be great
I have been a listener to this podcast for years and have recommended it to many people. I have even written into the mail bag and appreciated a response back. However, it has unfortunately taken a political turn and although the virtue signaling is all about inclusivity, this podcast no longer feels welcoming to a Christian conservative woman. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but politics is not what I’m looking for in this podcast. Sad to say I’m removing it from my lineup.

Financial podcast geared towards different types of women
Been listening to and following this podcast since episode 1. She informs without sounding like an alarmist or sensationalistic and her soothing voice makes her a pleasure to listen to. She chooses an array of guests that seems to address each individual woman’s needs and situation. I also remember her from The Today Show, so listening to this podcast on a regular basis feels nostalgic and seamless.

Why did you have to go political
I love your show. However, I wish you’d keep politics out of it. I’m the mother of a 13 year old adopted child who is very wanted. (I thank his biological mother every day for choosing life for him). There are a lot of pro-lifer women like me out there that tune in to your show for great money advice Not politics!

The personal finance advice we all need
Jean has an incredible array of guests that help me understand what’s going on in the news and what it means for my finances. Her background is also SO impressive, I really trust her advice! She asks her guests the deep questions that really get to the heart of today’s issues and what they mean for women.

Savvy financial advice that you can understand
Finance and investing can be daunting for us regular folks, but Jean boils complex concepts down to their essence, explains financial matters in ways that you can understand, and provides actionable advice to achieve financial stability and grow your wealth. I highly recommend HerMoney.

Really??? She kicked a lot of older people to the curb through layoffs and the company declined dramatically under her leadership. She is also basicynot a very nice or emphatic person. We had so much enthusiasm when she was named as CEO but she actually gave woman leadership a bad name. I wish her well in her retirement pursuits but I wish she had wished her employees the same kind of fortune after working productively and professionally for decades.

Just what I needed!
I have been listening to the Her Money podcast since the beginning. The episode with Career Coach Eliana Goldstein is the first show during which I took notes - 2 pages! I was laid off one month ago. Great timing and even greater advice. Thank you!

Long episodes
I have enjoyed listening to this podcast for years and I have learned a ton; however, I feel the episodes are too long. I think 30 minutes episodes will be enough to keep the audience interested and well educated. Thank you for all that you do!

Judgement free zone?
I loved this podcast for many years… it was great regarding insight and words of wisdom in terms in money. Where they lost me is there is always a ‘judgment free’ disclaimer, but I will say, that is only if you are in their lane politically speaking. Very disappointing because it was a great listen. Where they lost me was in the episode recently saying things would be better off if the nation looked more like California than Texas …. Judgment free??? 👋🏻

I honestly don’t know how I would manage my finances without Jean. Thanks for creating a space for women to learn about their finances and get our lives together. You really make it so much easier to know what to do… we really don’t learn enough in school!

I absolutely love this podcast, been listening for about 2 years now. Jean and her team havereally helped me make more educated financial decisions. My retirement savings grew significantly and my debt has been reduced to less than 30%utilization. Jeans voice is also very reassuring. Her calmness really allows me to think critically on a financial decision. Based on the podcast I know that I have the tools to do what’s right for ME! I also appreciate Jean tackling very complex and complicated topics such as race, sex, sexuality, alcoholism and so Much more in a way that’s mindful and conscious. Keep up the great work!

Wonderfully inspiring
I just started listening to your beautiful podcast less than a month ago and I’ve worked my way backwards to July 2019. I LOVE how much care and compassion you all infuse into such a preciously taboo subject. Everything about this is inspiring and wonderful and has prompted me to look into a career as a financial advisor.

You Need to Listen Now!
I’m so thankful I recently discovered the Hermoney podcast. Jean’s advice is spot on. The people she brings on her show and the topics discussed are invaluable. These are the things I truly wish were taught in middle school, high school and college. We have to interact with money daily and we should absolutely know how to handle it properly. So grateful for the Jean and the Hermoney team!

All Women Should Listen
As a millennial woman who was taught next to nothing about finances from my parents, this podcast has been incredible. My husband is very financially savvy and takes on the role of monitoring and planning with our money, with my input. I feel as though listening to this show has given me my own voice and allows me to have more educated and in depth conversations with him. Thank you!!

My Favorite Money Podcast
I am super interested in personal finance and investing and I have listened to a lot of financial podcasts over the years, but HerMoney is my absolute favorite. Jean’s approach is nonjudgmental, encouraging, and is both expert advise and accessible at the same time. It’s such a well-rounded podcast that explores so many areas of life and how to better yourself with money and in other areas. Highly recommend!

Helpful, interesting, entertaining!
I have been listening to this show for four years and I am constantly learning new things with each episode. I love how Jean delivers the material and such in easy to digestible, and non-judge mental way. I feel like she’s my cool Aunt and I’d love to hang with her.

A Must Listen!
Jean, her team and her guests have a powerful mission, an informative and practical approach, and a lot to teach all of us how to be more intentional about our finances and our lives. This podcast is a motivational shot in the arm every week that also makes me think and do things differently. Listen and you’ll be smarter and quite possibly more money savvy as a result.

Irresponsible to Encourage Flights during a Pandemic
It is irresponsible and unethical to have a guest who shares hacks for taking flights during a pandemic. Even if an individual doesn’t think they’ll die from COVID-19 when flying, they serve as a vector for bringing the sickness back to their families, neighbors, and possibly coworkers. This is encouraging people to “get a deal”/game the system when flying at the expense of those who are the most vulnerable - the elderly, essential workers (esp those who are most likely to be uninsured like immigrants and poor people), immunocompromised people, and Black and indigenous folks who are all disproportionately being infected and dying of COVID. Jean, if you really believe that Black Lives Matter, you will take this episode down. People are dying as a consequence of irresponsible people like your guest who shares how to get the best deal when flying.

So Informational!
I have learned so much listening to her show and she explains everything clearly so it’s easy to understand. The questions at the end of each show are interesting and I learn a lot from them too.

Always love hearing her take on all things financial and otherwise!

Fake warmth
The podcast episodes are very short and highly corporate with lots of ads and very little substantial content. On top of it, they keep advertising their Facebook group as if all women are welcome, yet I haven’t gotten a response to two messages I sent answering their entry questions in a week. What kind do professional, well run, inclusive podcast is this? Pays lip service to the many topics it claims to cover and values it wants to espouse (supporting all curious women and being inclusive, for free)

Jean is the best!
I just have to say how much I love Jean Chatzky and this podcast. There is something about her that I just trust so much. Her interview subjects are amazing and very inspiring for women. Bringing Useful Information to the New Generation
I must’ve found about about Jean through another podcast or someone mentioned her but it was the best decision I ever made to follow her. I’m currently going through her podcast and I’m learning so much even though the episodes are probably two years old at this time. So happy with her! Can’t wait to continue.
