Before I hold space for all the wonderful stories and conversations of others, I felt it only right to first do so for myself (also opening the door to shame resistance, vulnerability, and all that good stuff!). So, this is my story. This is a bit of who I am, looking into the values I've held for the majority of my life vs the ones I hold now, making space for growth and my own personal, grace-filled journey.
