About Courtney
Courtney’s passion for helping others is evident upon meeting her. Through the power of acceptance and commitment, Courtney is able to facilitate lasting change among individuals, families and systems by promoting hope throughout all circumstance. Throughout Courtney’s work as a psychotherapist at Symmetry Counseling, and Clinical Director for the non-profit Renewed, she realized there was a large gap in treatment services for anxiety and depression in Nashville. The Extended Outpatient program is designed to bridge the gap between IOP and OP services, while providing a welcoming community for clients.
