A compelling vision for change can be suffocated by a culture that is out of step. But changing the culture of any organisation is harder than one might imagine. How do we change the culture of church, shaped through umpteen years of tradition? The answer, says this team, is not to try and impose change. Rather, the whole church family should share in the crucial conversation needed for everyone to own the change for themselves. The leaders’ role is then to support the change that everyone desires!
